RAPE OF AN ENGAGED WOMAN

25 But if a man find a betrothed damsel in the field, and the man force her, and lie with her: then the man only that lay with her shall die.26 But unto the damsel thou shalt do nothing; there is in the damsel no sin worthy of death: for as when a man riseth against his neighbour, and slayeth him, even so is this matter:  27 For he found her in the field, and the betrothed damsel cried, and there was none to save her.

25ואם בשדה ימצא האיש את הנער המארשה והחזיק בה האיש ושכב עמה ומת האיש אשר שכב עמה לבדו׃

26ולנער לא תעשה דבר אין לנער חטא מות כי כאשר יקום איש על רעהו ורצחו נפש כן הדבר הזה׃

Deuteronomy דברים (DaBaR’eyM) 22 is saying the same thing as

Proper judgement needs to be executed. I commend Nigeria for their law against rapist. They need to be put to death. Castrating is too merciful but their law is better than most countries.

to know what rape is, you need to know what Adultery is. Adultery is consenting sex.  The key elements of rape are missing thus indicating free will to engage in a sexual. Thus any sexual act that is not of ones free will or if it is of an under aged person is Rape!

The Betrothe woman was not in an area alone, she had a chance to be saved if she was raped, but her lack of crying out proves she wasn’t raped.
