[8] Be merciful, O יהוה (Yahuah), unto thy people Israel, whom thou hast redeemed, and lay not innocent blood unto thy people of Israel’s charge. And the blood shall be forgiven them. [9] So shalt thou put away the guilt of innocent blood from among you, when thou shalt do that which is right in the sight of יהוה (Yahuah).

[21] Or in enmity smite him with his hand, that he die: he that smote him shall surely be put to death; for he is a murderer: the revenger of blood shall slay the murderer, when he meeteth him.

THREE CITIES OF REFUSES FOR THOSE WHO IGNORANTLY KILLS HIS NEIGHBOUR

Deuteronomy דברים  DaBaR’eyM 19:1 When יהוה (Yahuah) thy Alaheym hath cut off the nations, whose land יהוה (Yahuah) thy Alaheym giveth thee, and thou succeedest them, and dwellest in their cities, and in their houses;2 Thou shalt separate three cities for thee in the midst of thy land, which יהוה (Yahuah) thy Alaheym giveth thee to possess it.  3 Thou shalt prepare thee a way, and divide the coasts of thy land, which יהוה (Yahuah) thy Alaheym giveth thee to inherit, into three parts, that every slayer may flee thither. 4 And this is the case of the slayer, which shall flee thither, that he may live: Whoso killeth his neighbour ignorantly, whom he hated not in time past; 5 As when a man goeth into the wood with his neighbour to hew wood, and his hand fetcheth a stroke with the axe to cut down the tree, and the head slippeth from the helve, and lighteth upon his neighbour, that he die; he shall flee unto one of those cities, and live: 6 Lest the avenger of the blood pursue the slayer, while his heart is hot, and overtake him, because the way is long, and slay him; whereas he was not worthy of death, inasmuch as he hated him not in time past. 7 Wherefore I command thee, saying, Thou shalt separate three cities for thee.8 And if יהוה (Yahuah) thy Alaheym enlarge thy coast, as he hath sworn unto thy fathers, and give thee all the land which he promised to give unto thy fathers; 9 If thou shalt keep all these commandments to do them, which I command thee this day, to love יהוה (Yahuah) thy Alaheym, and to walk ever in his ways; then shalt thou add three cities more for thee, beside these three: 10 That innocent blood be not shed in thy land, which יהוה (Yahuah) thy Alaheym giveth thee for an inheritance, and so blood be upon thee.

SIX CITIES OF REFUGE FOR UNINTENTIONAL KILLING

Numbers במדבר  Ba’Ma-DaBaR 35:

[9] And יהוה (Yahuah) spake unto Moses, saying,

[10] Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When ye be come over Jordan into the land of Canaan;

[11] Then ye shall appoint you cities to be cities of refuge for you; that the slayer may flee thither, which killeth any person at unawares.

[12] And they shall be unto you cities for refuge from the avenger; that the manslayer die not, until he stand before the congregation in judgment.

[13] And of these cities which ye shall give six cities shall ye have for refuge.

[14] Ye shall give three cities on this side Jordan, and three cities shall ye give in the land of Canaan, which shall be cities of refuge.

[15] These six cities shall be a refuge, both for the children of Israel, and for the stranger, and for the sojourner among them: that every one that killeth any person unawares may flee thither.

DELIVER THE MURDER WHO IS GUILTY TO THE AVENGER OF BLOOD FROM THE CITIES OF REFUGE

Deuteronomy דברים  DaBaR’eyM 19:11 But if any man hate his neighbour, and lie in wait for him, and rise up against him, and smite him mortally that he die, and fleeth into one of these cities: 12 Then the elders of his city shall send and fetch him thence, and deliver him into the hand of the avenger of blood, that he may die.13 Thine eye shall not pity him, but thou shalt put away the guilt of innocent blood from Israel, that it may go well with thee

THE REVENGER OF BLOOD CAN NOT KILL THOSE WHO IGNORANTLY KILLS HIS NEIGHBOUR WHILE HE IS IN A CITY OF REFUGE

Numbers במדבר  Ba’Ma-DaBaR 35:[22] But if he thrust him suddenly without enmity, or have cast upon him any thing without laying of wait,

[23] Or with any stone, wherewith a man may die, seeing him not, and cast it upon him, that he die, and was not his enemy, neither sought his harm:

[24] Then the congregation shall judge between the slayer and the revenger of blood according to these judgments:

[25] And the congregation shall deliver the slayer out of the hand of the revenger of blood, and the congregation shall restore him to the city of his refuge, whither he was fled: and he shall abide in it unto the death of the high priest, which was anointed with the holy oil.

IF  REVENGER OF BLOOD FINDS THE UNINTENTIONAL MURDER OUTSIDE OF THE REFUGE CITY & KILLS HIM, HE IS HELD INNOCENT

Numbers במדבר  Ba’Ma-DaBaR 35:[26] But if the slayer shall at any time come without the border of the city of his refuge, whither he was fled; [27] And the revenger of blood find him without the borders of the city of his refuge, and the revenger of blood kill the slayer; he shall not be guilty of blood: [28] Because he should have remained in the city of his refuge until the death of the high priest: but after the death of the high priest the slayer shall return into the land of his possession.

MURDER IS A SERIOUS CRIME, OBEY THESE ORDINANCES THROUGHOUT YOUR GENERATIONS

Numbers במדבר  Ba’Ma-DaBaR 35:[29] So these things shall be for a statute of judgment unto you throughout your generations in all your dwellings.

Numbers במדבר  Ba’Ma-DaBaR 35:[31] Moreover ye shall take no satisfaction for the life of a murderer, which is guilty of death: but he shall be surely put to death. [32] And ye shall take no satisfaction for him that is fled to the city of his refuge, that he should come again to dwell in the land, until the death of the priest.[33] So ye shall not pollute the land wherein ye are: for blood it defileth the land: and the land cannot be cleansed of the blood that is shed therein, but by the blood of him that shed it.

SEXUAL  CONDUCT

Deuteronomy דברים  DaBaR’eyM 5:

[18] Neither shalt thou commit adultery.

Deuteronomy דברים  DaBaR’eyM 22:

[22] If a man be found lying with a woman married to an husband, then they shall both of them die, both the man that lay with the woman, and the woman: so shalt thou put away evil from Israel.

[23] If a damsel that is a virgin be betrothed unto an husband, and a man find her in the city, and lie with her;

[24] Then ye shall bring them both out unto the gate of that city, and ye shall stone them with stones that they die; the damsel, because she cried not, being in the city; and the man, because he hath humbled his neighbour’s wife: so thou shalt put away evil from among you.

[25] But if a man find a betrothed damsel in the field, and the man force her, and lie with her: then the man only that lay with her shall die:

[26] But unto the damsel thou shalt do nothing; there is in the damsel no sin worthy of death: for as when a man riseth against his neighbour, and slayeth him, even so is this matter:

[27] For he found her in the field, and the betrothed damsel cried, and there was none to save her.

Rape

IN ORDER OR A CASE TO BE CONSIDERED RAPE THERE MUST BE AN INDICATION OF “FORCE” ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF יהוה (Yahuah)RAPE OF AN ENGAGED WOMANDeuteronomy דברים  DaBaR’eyM 22:25-27But if a man find a betrothed damselin the field, and the man force her, and lie with her: then the man only that lay with her shall die.26 But unto the damsel thou shalt do nothing; there is in the damsel no sin worthy of death: for as when a man riseth against his neighbour, and slayeth him, even so is this matter:  27 For he found her in the field, and the betrothed damsel cried, and there was none to save her.

Exodus שמות  ShuMuTh 22:7-15

[7] If a man shall deliver unto his neighbour money or stuff to keep, and it be stolen out of the man’s house; if the thief be found, let him pay double.

[8] If the thief be not found, then the master of the house shall be brought unto the judges, to see whether he have put his hand unto his neighbour’s goods.

[9] For all manner of trespass, whether it be for ox, for ass, for sheep, for raiment, or for any manner of lost thing, which another challengeth to be his, the cause of both parties shall come before the judges; and whom the judges shall condemn, he shall pay double unto his neighbour.

[10] If a man deliver unto his neighbour an ass, or an ox, or a sheep, or any beast, to keep; and it die, or be hurt, or driven away, no man seeing it:

[11] Then shall an oath of יהוה (Yahuah) be between them both, that he hath not put his hand unto his neighbour’s goods; and the owner of it shall accept thereof, and he shall not make it good.

[12] And if it be stolen from him, he shall make restitution unto the owner thereof.

[13] If it be torn in pieces, then let him bring it for witness, and he shall not make good that which was torn.

[14] And if a man borrow ought of his neighbour, and it be hurt, or die, the owner thereof being not with it, he shall surely make it good.

[15] But if the owner thereof be with it, he shall not make it good: if it be an hired thing, it came for his hire.

Leviticus ויקרא  u’Ye-QuRA 19:13

Thou shalt not defraud thy neighbour, neither rob him: the wages of him that is hired shall not abide with thee all night until the morning.

Fields & Lands

Exodus שמות  ShuMuTh 22:

[5] If a man shall cause a field or vineyard to be eaten, and shall put in his beast, and shall feed in another man’s field; of the best of his own field, and of the best of his own vineyard, shall he make restitution.

[6] If fire break out, and catch in thorns, so that the stacks of corn, or the standing corn, or the field, be consumed therewith; he that kindled the fire shall surely make restitution.

Exodus שמות  ShuMuTh 23:

[10] And six years thou shalt sow thy land, and shalt gather in the fruits thereof:

[11] But the seventh year thou shalt let it rest and lie still; that the poor of thy people may eat: and what they leave the beasts of the field shall eat. In like manner thou shalt deal with thy vineyard, and with thy oliveyard.

Exodus שמות  ShuMuTh 34:

[26] The first of the firstfruits of thy land thou shalt bring unto the house of יהוה (Yahuah) thy Alaheym. Thou shalt not seethe a kid in his mother’s milk.

Leviticus ויקרא  u’Ye-QuRA 18:

[24] Defile not ye yourselves in any of these things: for in all these the nations are defiled which I cast out before you:

[25] And the land is defiled: therefore I do visit the iniquity thereof upon it, and the land itself vomiteth out her inhabitants.

[26] Ye shall therefore keep my statutes and my judgments, and shall not commit any of these abominations; neither any of your own nation, nor any stranger that sojourneth among you:

[27] (For all these abominations have the men of the land done, which were before you, and the land is defiled;)

[28] That the land spue not you out also, when ye defile it, as it spued out the nations that were before you.

Leviticus ויקרא  u’Ye-QuRA 19:

[9] And when ye reap the harvest of your land, thou shalt not wholly reap the corners of thy field, neither shalt thou gather the gleanings of thy harvest.

[10] And thou shalt not glean thy vineyard, neither shalt thou gather every grape of thy vineyard; thou shalt leave them for the poor and stranger: I am יהוה (Yahuah) your Alaheym.

19] Ye shall keep my statutes. Thou shalt not let thy cattle gender with a diverse kind: thou shalt not sow thy field with mingled seed: neither shall a garment mingled of linen and woollen come upon thee.

[23] And when ye shall come into the land, and shall have planted all manner of trees for food, then ye shall count the fruit thereof as uncircumcised: three years shall it be as uncircumcised unto you: it shall not be eaten of.

[24] But in the fourth year all the fruit thereof shall be holy to praise יהוה (Yahuah) withal.

[25] And in the fifth year shall ye eat of the fruit thereof, that it may yield unto you the increase thereof: I am יהוה (Yahuah) your Alaheym.

Leviticus ויקרא  u’Ye-QuRA 23:

[22] And when ye reap the harvest of your land, thou shalt not make clean riddance of the corners of thy field when thou reapest, neither shalt thou gather any gleaning of thy harvest: thou shalt leave them unto the poor, and to the stranger: I am Yahuwah your Alaheym.

Leviticus ויקרא  u’Ye-QuRA 25:

[1] And יהוה (Yahuah) spake unto Moses in mount Sinai, saying,

[2] Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When ye come into the land which I give you, then shall the land keep a sabbath unto יהוה (Yahuah).

[3] Six years thou shalt sow thy field, and six years thou shalt prune thy vineyard, and gather in the fruit thereof;

[4] But in the seventh year shall be a sabbath of rest unto the land, a sabbath for יהוה (Yahuah): thou shalt neither sow thy field, nor prune thy vineyard.

[5] That which groweth of its own accord of thy harvest thou shalt not reap, neither gather the grapes of thy vine undressed: for it is a year of rest unto the land.

[6] And the sabbath of the land shall be meat for you; for thee, and for thy servant, and for thy maid, and for thy hired servant, and for thy stranger that sojourneth with thee,

[7] And for thy cattle, and for the beast that are in thy land, shall all the increase thereof be meat.

[8] And thou shalt number seven sabbaths of years unto thee, seven times seven years; and the space of the seven sabbaths of years shall be unto thee forty and nine years.

[9] Then shalt thou cause the trumpet of the jubile to sound on the tenth day of the seventh month, in the day of atonement shall ye make the trumpet sound throughout all your land.

[10] And ye shall hallow the fiftieth year, and proclaim liberty throughout all the land unto all the inhabitants thereof: it shall be a jubile unto you; and ye shall return every man unto his possession, and ye shall return every man unto his family.

[11] A jubile shall that fiftieth year be unto you: ye shall not sow, neither reap that which groweth of itself in it, nor gather the grapes in it of thy vine undressed.

[12] For it is the jubile; it shall be holy unto you: ye shall eat the increase thereof out of the field.

[13] In the year of this jubile ye shall return every man unto his possession.

[14] And if thou sell ought unto thy neighbour, or buyest ought of thy neighbour’s hand, ye shall not oppress one another:

[15] According to the number of years after the jubile thou shalt buy of thy neighbour, and according unto the number of years of the fruits he shall sell unto thee:

[16] According to the multitude of years thou shalt increase the price thereof, and according to the fewness of years thou shalt diminish the price of it: for according to the number of the years of the fruits doth he sell unto thee.

[17] Ye shall not therefore oppress one another; but thou shalt fear thy Alaheym: for I am יהוה (Yahuah) your Alaheym.

[18] Wherefore ye shall do my statutes, and keep my judgments, and do them; and ye shall dwell in the land in safety.

[19] And the land shall yield her fruit, and he shall eat your fill, and dwell therein in safety.

[20] And if ye shall say, What shall we eat the seventh year? behold, we shall not sow, nor gather in our increase:

[21] Then I will command my blessing upon you in the sixth year, and it shall bring forth fruit for three years.

[22] And ye shall sow the eighth year, and eat yet of old fruit until the ninth year; until her fruits come in ye shall eat of the old store.

[23] The land shall not be sold for ever: for the land is mine; for ye are strangers and sojourners with me.

[24] And in all the land of your possession ye shall grant a redemption for the land.

[25] If thy brother be waxen poor, and hath sold away some of his possession, and if any of his kin come to redeem it, then shall he redeem that which his brother sold.

[26] And if the man have none to redeem it, and himself be able to redeem it;

[27] Then let him count the years of the sale thereof, and restore the overplus unto the man to whom he sold it; that he may return unto his possession.

[28] But if he be not able to restore it to him, then that which is sold shall remain in the hand of him that hath bought it until the year of jubile: and in the jubile it shall go out, and he shall return unto his possession.

[29] And if a man sell a dwelling house in a walled city, then he may redeem it within a whole year after it is sold; within a full year may he redeem it.

[30] And if it be not redeemed within the space of a full year, then the house that is in the walled city shall be established for ever to him that bought it throughout his generations: it shall not go out in the jubile.

[31] But the houses of the villages which have no wall round about them shall be counted as the fields of the country: they may be redeemed, and they shall go out in the jubile.

[32] Notwithstanding the cities of the Levites, and the houses of the cities of their possession, may the Levites redeem at any time.

[33] And if a man purchase of the Levites, then the house that was sold, and the city of his possession, shall go out in the year of jubile: for the houses of the cities of the Levites are their possession among the children of Israel.

[34] But the field of the suburbs of their cities may not be sold; for it is their perpetual possession.

Numbers במדבר  Ba’Ma-DaBaR במדבר  Ba’Ma-DaBaR 35:

[32] And ye shall take no satisfaction for him that is fled to the city of his refuge, that he should come again to dwell in the land, until the death of the priest.

[33] So ye shall not pollute the land wherein ye are: for blood it defileth the land: and the land cannot be cleansed of the blood that is shed therein, but by the blood of him that shed it.

[34] Defile not therefore the land which ye shall inhabit, wherein I dwell: for I יהוה (Yahuah) dwell among the children of Israel.

Deuteronomy דברים  DaBaR’eyM 12:

Possesing Land [1] These are the statutes and judgments, which ye shall observe to do in the land, which יהוה (Yahuah) Alaheym of thy fathers giveth thee to possess it, all the days that ye live upon the earth.

[2] Ye shall utterly destroy all the places, wherein the nations which ye shall possess served their gods, upon the high mountains, and upon the hills, and under every green tree:

[3] And ye shall overthrow their altars, and break their pillars, and burn their groves with fire; and ye shall hew down the graven images of their gods, and destroy the names of them out of that place.

[4] Ye shall not do so unto יהוה (Yahuah) your Alaheym.

[5] But unto the place which יהוה (Yahuah) your Alaheym shall choose out of all your tribes to put his name there, even unto his habitation shall ye seek, and thither thou shalt come:

Deuteronomy דברים  DaBaR’eyM 19:

[1] When יהוה (Yahuah) thy Alaheym hath cut off the nations, whose land יהוה (Yahuah) thy Alaheym giveth thee, and thou succeedest them, and dwellest in their cities, and in their houses;

[2] Thou shalt separate three cities for thee in the midst of thy land, which יהוה (Yahuah) thy Alaheym giveth thee to possess it.

[3] Thou shalt prepare thee a way, and divide the coasts of thy land, which יהוה (Yahuah) thy Alaheym giveth thee to inherit, into three parts, that every slayer may flee thither.

[4] And this is the case of the slayer, which shall flee thither, that he may live: Whoso killeth his neighbour ignorantly, whom he hated not in time past;

[5] As when a man goeth into the wood with his neighbour to hew wood, and his hand fetcheth a stroke with the axe to cut down the tree, and the head slippeth from the helve, and lighteth upon his neighbour, that he die; he shall flee unto one of those cities, and live:

[6] Lest the avenger of the blood pursue the slayer, while his heart is hot, and overtake him, because the way is long, and slay him; whereas he was not worthy of death, inasmuch as he hated him not in time past.

[7] Wherefore I command thee, saying, Thou shalt separate three cities for thee.

[8] And if יהוה (Yahuah) thy Alaheym enlarge thy coast, as he hath sworn unto thy fathers, and give thee all the land which he promised to give unto thy fathers;

[9] If thou shalt keep all these commandments to do them, which I command thee this day, to love יהוה (Yahuah) thy Alaheym, and to walk ever in his ways; then shalt thou add three cities more for thee, beside these three:

[10] That innocent blood be not shed in thy land, which יהוה (Yahuah) thy Alaheym giveth thee for an inheritance, and so blood be upon thee.

[11] But if any man hate his neighbour, and lie in wait for him, and rise up against him, and smite him mortally that he die, and fleeth into one of these cities:

[12] Then the elders of his city shall send and fetch him thence, and deliver him into the hand of the avenger of blood, that he may die.

[13] Thine eye shall not pity him, but thou shalt put away the guilt of innocent blood from Israel, that it may go well with thee.

[14] Thou shalt not remove thy neighbour’s landmark, which they of old time have set in thine inheritance, which thou shalt inherit in the land that יהוה (Yahuah) thy Alaheym giveth thee to possess it.

Deuteronomy דברים  DaBaR’eyM 22:

[9] Thou shalt not sow thy vineyard with divers seeds: lest the fruit of thy seed which thou hast sown, and the fruit of thy vineyard, be defiled.

[10] Thou shalt not plow with an ox and an ass together.

Deuteronomy דברים  DaBaR’eyM 23:

[24] When thou comest into thy neighbour’s vineyard, then thou mayest eat grapes thy fill at thine own pleasure; but thou shalt not put any in thy vessel.

[25] When thou comest into the standing corn of thy neighbour, then thou mayest pluck the ears with thine hand; but thou shalt not move a sickle unto thy neighbour’s standing corn.

Deuteronomy דברים  DaBaR’eyM 24:

[19] When thou cuttest down thine harvest in thy field, and hast forgot a sheaf in the field, thou shalt not go again to fetch it: it shall be for the stranger, for the fatherless, and for the widow: that יהוה (Yahuah) thy Alaheym may bless thee in all the work of thine hands.

[20] When thou beatest thine olive tree, thou shalt not go over the boughs again: it shall be for the stranger, for the fatherless, and for the widow.

[21] When thou gatherest the grapes of thy vineyard, thou shalt not glean it afterward: it shall be for the stranger, for the fatherless, and for the widow.

[22] And thou shalt remember that thou wast a bondman in the land of Egypt: therefore I command thee to do this thing.

Deuteronomy דברים  DaBaR’eyM 26:

[1] And it shall be, when thou art come in unto the land which יהוה (Yahuah) thy Alaheym giveth thee for an inheritance, and possessest it, and dwellest therein;

[2] That thou shalt take of the first of all the fruit of the earth, which thou shalt bring of thy land that יהוה (Yahuah) thy Alaheym giveth thee, and shalt put it in a basket, and shalt go unto the place which יהוה (Yahuah) thy Alaheym shall choose to place his name there.

[3] And thou shalt go unto the priest that shall be in those days, and say unto him, I profess this day unto יהוה (Yahuah) thy Alaheym, that I am come unto the country which יהוה (Yahuah) sware unto our fathers for to give us.

[4] And the priest shall take the basket out of thine hand, and set it down before the altar of יהוה (Yahuah) thy Alaheym.

[5] And thou shalt speak and say before יהוה (Yahuah) thy Alaheym, A Syrian ready to perish was my father, and he went down into Egypt, and sojourned there with a few, and became there a nation, great, mighty, and populous:

[6] And the Egyptians evil entreated us, and afflicted us, and laid upon us hard bondage:

[7] And when we cried unto יהוה (Yahuah) Alaheym of our fathers, יהוה (Yahuah) heard our voice, and looked on our affliction, and our labour, and our oppression:

[8] And יהוה (Yahuah) brought us forth out of Egypt with a mighty hand, and with an outstretched arm, and with great terribleness, and with signs, and with wonders:

[9] And he hath brought us into this place, and hath given us this land, even a land that floweth with milk and honey.

[10] And now, behold, I have brought the firstfruits of the land, which thou, O LORD, hast given me. And thou shalt set it before יהוה (Yahuah) thy Alaheym, and worship before יהוה (Yahuah) thy Alaheym:

[11] And thou shalt rejoice in every good thing which יהוה (Yahuah) thy Alaheym hath given unto thee, and unto thine house, thou, and the Levite, and the stranger that is among you.

[12] When thou hast made an end of tithing all the tithes of thine increase the third year, which is the year of tithing, and hast given it unto the Levite, the stranger, the fatherless, and the widow, that they may eat within thy gates, and be filled;

[13] Then thou shalt say before יהוה (Yahuah) thy Alaheym, I have brought away the hallowed things out of mine house, and also have given them unto the Levite, and unto the stranger, to the fatherless, and to the widow, according to all thy commandments which thou hast commanded me: I have not transgressed thy commandments, neither have I forgotten them:

[14] I have not eaten thereof in my mourning, neither have I taken away ought thereof for any unclean use, nor given ought thereof for the dead: but I have hearkened to the voice of יהוה (Yahuah) my Alaheym, and have done according to all that thou hast commanded me.

[15] Look down from thy holy habitation, from heaven, and bless thy people Israel, and the land which thou hast given us, as thou swarest unto our fathers, a land that floweth with milk and honey.

Deuteronomy דברים  DaBaR’eyM 27:

[17] Cursed be he that removeth his neighbour’s landmark. And all the people shall say, Amen

Rules of Lending & Borrowing

Exodus שמות  ShuMuTh 22:25-27

[25] If thou lend money to any of my people that is poor by thee, thou shalt not be to him as an usurer, neither shalt thou lay upon him usury.

[26] If thou at all take thy neighbour’s raiment to pledge, thou shalt deliver it unto him by that the sun goeth down:

[27] For that is his covering only, it is his raiment for his skin: wherein shall he sleep? and it shall come to pass, when he crieth unto me, that I will hear; for I am gracious.

Deutertonomy15:1-11

[1] At the end of every seven years thou shalt make a release.

[2] And this is the manner of the release: Every creditor that lendeth ought unto his neighbour shall release it;he shall not exact it of his neighbour, or of his brother; because it is called the יהוה (Yahuah)’s release.

[3] Of a foreigner thou mayest exact it again: but that which is thine with thy brother thine hand shall release;

[4] Save when there shall be no poor among you; for יהוה (Yahuah) shall greatly bless thee in the land which יהוה (Yahuah) thy Alaheym giveth thee for an inheritance to possess it:

[5] Only if thou carefully hearken unto the voice of יהוה (Yahuah) thy Alaheym, to observe to do all these commandments which I command thee this day.

[6] For יהוה (Yahuah) thy Alaheym blesseth thee, as he promised thee: and thou shalt lend unto many nations, but thou shalt not borrow; and thou shalt reign over many nations,but they shall not reign over thee.

[7] If there be among you a poor man of one of thy brethren within any of thy gates in thy land which יהוה (Yahuah) thy Alaheym giveth thee, thou shalt not harden thine heart, nor shut thine hand from thy poor brother:

[8] But thou shalt open thine hand wide unto him, and shalt surely lend him sufficient for his need, in that which he wanteth.

[9] Beware that there be not a thought in thy wicked heart, saying, The seventh year, the year of release, is at hand; and thine eye be evil against thy poor brother, and thou givest him nought; and he cry unto יהוה (Yahuah) against thee, and it be sin unto thee.

[10] Thou shalt surely give him, and thine heart shall not be grieved when thou givest unto him: because that for this thing יהוה (Yahuah) thy Alaheym shall bless thee in all thy works, and in all that thou puttest thine hand unto.

[11] For the poor shall never cease out of the land: therefore I command thee, saying, Thou shalt open thine hand wide unto thy brother, to thy poor, and to thy needy, in thy land.

Deuteronomy דברים  DaBaR’eyM 23:19-20

[19] Thou shalt not lend upon usury to thy brother; usury of money, usury of victuals, usury of any thing that is lent upon usury:

[20] Unto a stranger thou mayest lend upon usury; but unto thy brother thou shalt not lend upon usury: that יהוה (Yahuah) thy Alaheym may bless thee in all that thou settest thine hand to in the land whither thou goest to possess it.

Deuteronomy דברים  DaBaR’eyM 24:10-13

[10] When thou dost lend thy brother any thing, thou shalt not go into his house to fetch his pledge.

[11] Thou shalt stand abroad, and the man to whom thou dost lend shall bring out the pledge abroad unto thee.

[12] And if the man be poor, thou shalt not sleep with his pledge:

[13] In any case thou shalt deliver him the pledge again when the sun goeth down, that he may sleep in his own raiment, and bless thee: and it shall be righteousness unto thee before יהוה (Yahuah) thy Alaheym.

Just Weights

Deuteronomy דברים  DaBaR’eyM 25:13-15
13 Thou shalt not have in thy bag divers weights, a great and a small.
14 Thou shalt not have in thine house divers measures, a great and a small.
15 But thou shalt have a perfect and just weight, a perfect and just measure shalt thou have: that thy days may be lengthened in the land which יהוה (Yahuah) thy Alaheym giveth thee.

HONOR & HONESTY

Exodus שמות  ShuMuTh 20:16

Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour.

Leviticus ויקרא  u’Ye-QuRA 19:11

Ye shall not steal, neither deal falsely, neither lie one to another.

[16] Thou shalt not go up and down as a talebearer among thy people: neither shalt thou stand against the blood of thy neighbour: I am יהוה (Yahuah).

Deuteronomy דברים  DaBaR’eyM 5:20

Neither shalt thou bear false witness against thy neighbour.

Deuteronomy דברים  DaBaR’eyM 19:15-21

[15] One witness shall not rise up against a man for any iniquity, or for any sin, in any sin that he sinneth: at the mouth of two witnesses, or at the mouth of three witnesses, shall the matter be established.

[16] If a false witness rise up against any man to testify against him that which is wrong;

[17] Then both the men, between whom the controversy is, shall stand before יהוה (Yahuah), before the priests and the judges, which shall be in those days;

[18] And the judges shall make diligent inquisition: and, behold, if the witness be a false witness, and hath testified falsely against his brother;

[19] Then shall ye do unto him, as he had thought to have done unto his brother: so shalt thou put the evil away from among you.

[20] And those which remain shall hear, and fear, and shall henceforth commit no more any such evil among you.

[21] And thine eye shall not pity; but life shall go for life, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot.

Deuteronomy דברים  DaBaR’eyM 19:15

One witness shall not rise up against a man for any iniquity, or for any sin, in any sin that he sinneth: at the mouth of two witnesses, or at the mouth of three witnesses, shall the matter be established.

COVET

Exodus שמות ShuMuTh 20:17 Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour’s house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbour’s wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that is thy neighbour’s.

Deuteronomy דברים DaBaR’eyM 5:21
Neither shalt thou desire thy neighbour’s wife, neither shalt thou covet thy neighbour’s house, his field, or his manservant, or his maidservant, his ox, or his ass, or any thing that is thy neighbour’s. The Manakahthey word that was translated for “covet’, in my opinion is not covet, but touching.

Deuteronomy דברים DaBaR’eyM 5:21

ולא תחמד אשת רעך ס ולא תתאוה בית רעך שדהו ועבדו ואמתו שורו וחמרו וכל אשר לרעך׃ ס

תחמד= you KahMaD

חמד KahMaD means = touch, not covet. Read my book, Primitive Sign Language, on the chapters of each symbol concerning touching and hand.

So if you touch somone’s wife or use his car or stay in his house without permission you are breaking this law. It would be highly offensive, but in your thoughts to want to touch it doesn’t complete the sin. Sin starts in your eyes and mind. The desire to do any sin, is the beginning of the sin, but not the actual sin.
